to ensure that Arcadian Events & Design is the right fit for your
personality, style and vision. Designed to be a comfortable, casual
meeting specifically to come together and understand each other. We will
touch on your wedding goals, ideas, style, preferences, budget and many other
items that pertain to your wedding. If we both feel that we can work well
together we will choose the package best suited for you and make any custom
changes necessary. The initial complimentary consultation will include the

services range from $500-$4,800 and all packages can be personally customized

Live, Laugh, Love Packages
Live -Month Prior to Wedding Package
So you love planning as much as we do and want to do most
of the work yourself. However, when the final countdown begins, you don't
want to stress over how your centerpieces are getting on the tables or if you
cake has arrived at the reception location. "Live" is the perfect package
for the couple that has their plans in place, but truly wants to enjoy being in
the moment the day of the wedding. We will join with you a month before to coordinate the final
details of your wedding day and to troubleshoot the unexpected.
Laugh - Partial Package
This
is the perfect package for the organized, detailed bridal couple. They
have the time and desire to take care of most of the wedding planning details
themselves, but feel they need guidance, advice and direction from an expert
along the way. This is our most popular
package.
Love - Full Service Package
This
deluxe package will accommodate your every need. When your life is just
too busy to handle the hours and hours of planning putting together a beautiful
wedding requires, choose "Love". We spend initial time with you identifying
your style and vision for the wedding, then we take things into our
professional, experienced hands. Love is the most comprehensive package
that we offer and is designed for the couple with a "LOVE" of life in mind.
Sit back, relax and allow us to do all the work exactly as if you had done it
yourself.

~ Reception and or Ceremony Coordination
~ Exquisite Linen Rental
~ Floral Design
~ Elegant rentals of fine crystal and china
~ Wedding gown preservation
~ Invitations, save-the-date cards, menu cards, ceremony
programs, place cards and other printed stationary items through Jean M
supplier; Custom invitation design and printing available
~ Printed Materials-assist in designing, placing order,
proofing, overseeing print process and delivery of your invitations to
calligrapher or address printer
~ Catering and expert menu selection, including wine selection
~ Custom aisle runner
~ Customized hotel and gift baskets/bags - design, produce
and deliver -$25 delivery fee and 20% for cost of goods
~ Creation of personalized favors and gifts - 20% plus cost
of goods
~ Mailing of invitations - includes stuffing, stamping and
mailing invitations (couple responsible for addressing and postage)
~ Coordination of bridal portrait and assistance with
dressing - arrange session date and coordinate between client, photographer,
florist, bridal salon hair and makeup
~ Development of correspondence - welcome packets, guest
newsletter, etc.
~ Arrangement and planning of rehearsal dinner
~ Arrangement and planning of post wedding brunch
~ Pick up and delivery of items after the event (i.e.
return flower vases, pick up of wedding dress for cleaning - ($30 per delivery
stop)
